Mr Nicholas (Nick) Sheridan – Legal Advisor

Nick has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate/commercial lawyer and is based in Sydney, Australia.

Nick commenced his own legal advisory business in January 2005, having gained substantial prior banking and corporate/commercial legal experience in mid/top tier law firms in both Adelaide and Sydney.

Nick has a wide client base and focuses predominantly on companies in high growth technology sectors, including several pharmaceutical, medical devices and IT/internet based businesses. Nick is endorsed by his clients as providing timely, practical and sound commercial advice.

Nick is experienced in dealing with the day to day commercial issues facing his clients and he seeks to be pro-actively involved in the businesses of his clients at every phase of their business cycle and growth.

Nick’s clients range from start-up companies to small and medium sized private and listed public companies, multinationals, as well as venture capital firms.

Nick has advised on many large and complex corporate/commercial transactions both in Australia and overseas, including capital raisings, mergers/acquisitions, financing and restructuring transactions.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in both Law and Economics as well as a Post Graduate Diploma of Business (Banking and Finance) and Graduate Certificate of Legal Practice.
