BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND ADVISORS
The Board of Directors and Advisors of ITEC have extensive experience in Consular activity, Sales and Marketing, Media, Accounting, Law, and Environmental Science. As the Company moves to the next stage it is anticipated that the Board will be enlarged by up to three new members with additional knowledge of Consular activity and contacts, International Trade and Banking or Finance. There are already several very highly qualified individuals who have been suggested as valuable additions to join the Board. However, no further appointments will be made until discussions are held on completion of the Capital Raise.
